CHALLENGE
The Client receives quotation requests from various vendors on emails. The challenge was to extract the ‘Golden data’ from the emails like from location, destination, product that is being requested, quantity and any special instructions from the sender. The Client wanted an Intelligent automation solution that can smartly transform email into a quotation and send the requestor with the data
SOLUTION
qBotica managed the program through its RPA as a Service initiative, by utilizing specific use cases to develop an RPA service unique to the company. As a service provider, qBotica was able to tailor an infrastructure that requires low maintenance:
qBotica’s DoqumentAI helped the client with Translation of compliance documents powered by OCR and solved the challenges against various document types. Clients were able to send email to bot with an attachment and the bot sends the translated data back to the requestor. qBotica’s IDP solution provides a full suite of automated bots that reads the incoming emails, applies NLP to extract relevant info and prepare quotation and respond back to the requestor. Any exceptions were notified to the clients for human intervention
