Our pricing model is tied to the number of automations you acquire. As you add automations to your RPA implementation, your price will adjust accordingly. You have the flexibility to upgrade the number of supported automations at any time. However, downgrading the supported automations can only occur at the end of your committed billing term. Please note that we do not provide credits or refunds for unused licenses, plan changes, or plan cancellations. It's essential to carefully assess your automation requirements before committing to a plan to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness and resource utilization.

We offer a discount of 15% for multi-year plans, making it a cost-effective choice for long-term commitments. Your plan will automatically renew on your renewal date, ensuring continuous service unless you decide to cancel your subscription. It's important to keep track of your renewal date and make any necessary adjustments to your plan if your needs change in the future.

We do offer month-to-month subscriptions for certain plans in special circumstances. Compared to the annually billed counterparts, ranging from 15% to 25% higher in cost.

Absolutely! You have the freedom to cancel your subscription plan at any time. Once you decide to cancel, the plan will not be renewed at the next scheduled renewal date.

qBotica complies with applicable sales tax regulations and charges sales tax on the purchase of software and services based on the "Ship To Address" provided by the customer.

Differing from traditional consulting firms, our customers recognize our fees as Operating Expenses (OpEx).
